Summer of 2026

Well, it’s been an eventful summer.

Buffy and I traveled to Virginia twice this summer. The first time in Virginia, we celebrated her parents’ 57th wedding anniversary and her dad’s 80th birthday. Her parents are good folk. The second time we went to Virginia to celebrate my grandmother’s 90th birthday. I saw a lot of relatives that I hadn’t seen in decades.

We also attended a Norwegian band concert in Sellersvivlle, Pennsylvania; the band is called Hayde Bluegrass Orchestra. I took Buffy to see the rock band Evanescence in Camden, NJ.

Still to come, we’re headed to Salem, Massachusetts at the end of August because Buffy likes witches and I like history. And I’m so excited for Keely. She started her nursing job in July as well. Yep, it’s been a busy summer.
